Demonstration of this phenomenon, the theoretical calculation of disordered structures and the modeling of these phases. An X-ray diffraction (XRD) study using the Rietveld method of structure refinement reveals that ferrite phases generally decompose by releasing MgO and ZnO from ferrite lattices at 873 K. The Rietveld method is a powerful and relatively new method for extracting detailed crystal structural information from X-ray and neutron powder diffraction data. We have performed structural analyses on iron-based superconductors, PrFeAsO1-y and PrFeAsO1-xFx, systematically, by means of Rietveld method on neutron powder diffraction data. This method has a totaly different impact on each size and variation of the character.
